There could be just a little more personality in the voices, especially Navi's.

Add some more background music, low, but hearable :)

Pretty nice but...

You could vary the tower upgrades a bit, and add a freeplay, which means something like you can let tanks in and not loose life, but money instead, or points, which you can upload to a highscore.
That'd be great! :)
